AI (Artificial Intelligence) - Anyone Benefitting from it?

@EliRezra - this matches what I've seen too. The stores getting the most out of AI right now are the ones using it for one specific, high-impact workflow rather than trying to boil the ocean. The "do everything" AI pitch sounds great in a demo but falls apart in a real store because nobody has time to configure and maintain it.

@Burt Lewis - the custom GPT approach for VDP features and highlights is smart. Curious if you've experimented with anything customer-facing, or if most of your AI use has been internal/operational so far? I think the internal efficiency wins are real but the bigger unlock is going to be AI that improves the actual shopper experience on the website — that's where most dealers are still leaving money on the table.

You're right, when I go everything I've done will collapse. Buying a vehicle is not rocket science. Customers can already use online free AI tools to do the research and gather details. I'm not sure what more AI can help them with?

I’ve been in the same boat, trying to make AI drafts sound more natural without rewriting everything from scratch, and UnAIMyText has saved me a ton of time. I just drop in my rough text, pick a tone, and it comes out sounding like something I’d actually say. It’s especially handy if you want your writing to feel smoother and more human without losing your original meaning.

I have a dealership and have AI messaging startup as well. because I am in the business, AI gives answers like a real sales rep, OTD prices, financing estimations based on customers credit score, transportation cost etc. So far helped a lot.

Sometimes my sale reps are missing incoming leads but AI answers instantly and schedule appointment and send notification to our phones. Customers comes and we just sell the car over there.

If anyone wants to try, I give 30 day free trial. My nearby dealers are using as well.
