✨ AI Highlights

Joe Pistell, formerly of Cars.com, returns to automotive digital retail experimentation and shares early work on vehicle merchandising and SRP/VDP optimization. The thread highlights how Carvana and CarMax outpace traditional dealers by tightly integrating operations with engineering for rapid iteration, while fragmented vendor ecosystems lag behind chasing leads. Pistell also crowdsources a normalized YMMT data library for SEO title mapping and lands on Wikimotive as a promising resource.
