In your opinion, where is the biggest gap in today's CDPs?

It's only one tool

You still have to have the DMS and IMS and CRM and Marketing Data and Website data appended to it. Nothing lives in the same spot

But the Cox/Fullpath merger may change how that looks. Well on the front side at least, we all know the back side will just be spaghetti code nightmare crossing paths

Weeeeeell.... that assumes Cox actually merges the software and the core FullPath people hang around the FullPath product. Neither has been demonstrated in Cox's history.
