Thanks. Agree that clear rights and strong filters are essential. I eventually separated the exchange idea from the cooperative-production model. The current MVP focuses on producing new materials together, with the scope, participants and usage rights defined before production starts. A future exchange of existing assets would still need transparent ownership, permitted-use rules, geographic restrictions and good classification.A simple exchange platform for ad assets can work if it solves two things. You need clear rights management so people know exactly what they can reuse. You also need strong filters so users find relevant materials fast.
Teams already recycle concepts inside agencies, so a wider marketplace is not strange at all. If you keep the workflow clean and the ownership rules transparent, marketers will test it because it saves time and cuts production costs.
